We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Wellness Assistant specializing in Red Light Therapy and Body Contouring to join our vibrant health and wellness team. In this role, you will be the frontline supporter, ensuring clients receive exceptional service while assisting with treatment preparations, patient education, and maintaining a smooth clinic operation. Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly, verify appointments, and assist with intake procedures ensuring a seamless check\-in process
  • Prepare treatment areas for red light therapy sessions and body contouring procedures, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
  • Educate clients on treatment protocols, benefits, and post\-treatment care to enhance their experience and satisfaction
  • Support clinicians during treatments by managing equipment setup, monitoring patient comfort, and recording vital signs as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems, including treatment notes, patient information, and progress updates
  • Assist with inventory management of supplies and equipment to ensure readiness for daily operations
  • Uphold all safety protocols, including basic life support (BLS) procedures when necessary, to ensure client well\-being at all times
  • Experience

  • Prior experience in a clinical or wellness setting is highly preferred, especially within dermatology, aesthetic clinics, or body contouring centers
  • Familiarity with medical administrative support tasks such as scheduling, patient intake, and data entry using EHR systems
  • Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to outpatient aesthetic treatments or hospital medicine environments
  • Experience working in hospital or outpatient clinics with exposure to urgent care or emergency medicine is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to support patient care activities including vital signs measurement and medication administration when applicable
  • Background in hospital experience or Level I/II trauma centers enhances understanding of medical protocols and emergency response procedures
