We’re Hiring: Offshore Accountant \& Admin Support
We’re looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented offshore Accountant \& Administrative Support professional to join our growing team.
This is a remote role ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable handling both financial and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting:
- Bookkeeping and data entry (e.g. Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks)
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Accounts payable \& receivable management
- Invoice processing and expense tracking
- Assisting with monthly reports and financial documentation
- Email and calendar management
- Document preparation and file organisation
- Data entry and database management
- Customer/client coordination and follow\-ups
- General virtual assistant tasks as required
- Proven experience in accounting/bookkeeping and admin support
- Familiarity with accounting software (Xero preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
- Experience working with Australian businesses
- Understanding of basic Australian tax or compliance requirements
- Prior remote/offshore role experience
