Right at Home is hiring Personal Care Assistants to work one\-on\-one with seniors and adults with disabilities in the comfort of their own homes. No facility chaos. No rotating floors. Just you, your client, and the satisfaction of knowing you made someone’s day genuinely better.
POSITION DETAILS

- Assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Companionship and meaningful conversation
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Driving clients to appointments and running errands
- Observing and reporting any changes in a client’s condition
- A caring, dependable person who genuinely enjoys helping others
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll provide hands\-on, non\-medical support that helps clients stay comfortable, safe, and independent at home:

Prior experience is welcome but never required. We’re happy to train the right person — whether you’re a CNA, HHA, PCA, or brand new to caregiving. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
