We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Input transcribed notes and other relevant data into electronic health record (EHR) systems. Edit for clarity and accuracy, ensuring compliance with medical terminology and standards.
- Manage patient records, schedule appointments, handle phone calls.
- Greet patients, answer inquiries, and provide information as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist with insurance verification
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as (EMR) for patient data management.
- Process incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally,
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
- Handle tasks including filing, data entry.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Previous experience in a medical office setting.
- The manual processing of write by physicians and edit into text format.
- Understanding of medical terms, abbreviations, and acronyms.
- Accuracy in transcription and record\-keeping.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadliness
- Experience with medical office management software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of privacy and security protocols.
- Proficency in medical record system (EMR) and basic computer applications.
