  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or recommend suitable products/services when appropriate.
  • Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for reaching broader audiences.
  • Excellent customer support and client service skills with a focus on active listening and empathy.
  • Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office applications, and general computer skills for efficient workflow management.
  • Experience with outbound calling and call center operations is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer issues quickly and provide effective solutions.
