Duties

- Manage sales administration tasks such as updating customer records, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless benefits administration, compliance with HIPAA regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude!
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences.
