Achieve ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing Clinical Team!

We are seeking a dedicated and goal\-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.
The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in\-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in\-home, and in schools across Colorado, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.
At Achieve ABA, you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back\-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.
Responsibilities as a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst include:
- Conduct assessments \& build treatment plans
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals
- Provide remote or in\-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care
- Analyze data \+ adjust programs
- Review notes \+ maintain clinical quality
- Conduct remote or in\-person parent training sessions
- Collaborate with families \+ teams
- Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
- Work across home, and school settings to provide seamless support to families.

- Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
- Strong communication, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
- Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
- Must live in Colorado
