Essential Duties
- Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage incoming calls using multi\-line phone systems, providing professional customer support and directing inquiries appropriately
- Assist with data entry tasks, including updating records in QuickBooks and other office management software
- Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, handling mail, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Proofread correspondence, reports, and documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory
- The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in filing and document management
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Filing Clerk or in a similar role
- Proficient in using filing systems and document management software
- Prior office experience with a strong background in clerical or administrative roles preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks is highly desirable
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Strong typing skills coupled with good time management to meet deadlines efficiently
