Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Property Management Assistant to support the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing communications, and assisting with property showings to ensure smooth and efficient property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and pay property\-related bills in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor and respond to emails from tenants, vendors, and property owners
- Maintain organized records of expenses, invoices, and communications
- Coordinate and schedule property showings with prospective tenants or buyers
- Conduct property tours and provide accurate information about units and amenities
- Assist with tenant inquiries, applications, and basic screening processes
- Communicate with maintenance staff or vendors to address property issues
- Support general administrative duties as needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of property management or real estate preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
- Proficiency with email platforms and basic office software
- Professional and customer\-service\-oriented demeanor
- Flexible schedule
