Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! Duties

  • Greet customers in person, over the phone, and via multi\-line phone systems with friendly professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including checking in visitors and handling incoming inquiries efficiently
  • Use computer skills to perform data entry, update customer records, and maintain accurate filing systems
  • Assist with office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading
  • Support customer support efforts by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and providing product or service information
  • Handle clerical duties including filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies
  • Utilize tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Skills

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Prior experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus for managing financial records accurately
  • Strong customer service background with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously
  • Bilingual capabilities to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases are highly desirable
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to manage multi\-line phone systems efficiently
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management skills in a fast\-paced environment
  • Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required
