Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls on a multi\-line phone system
- Perform a variety of general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
- Deliver and/or pick up legal documents from local courts and other offices as needed
- Assist attorneys and staff with administrative support tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi\-task and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for court deliveries)
