Founding Travel Advisor - Remote Startup

Initerary is an early\-stage startup in the independent travel advisory business. We're not building another booking tool – we're building the operating system that lets talented travel agents do in 2 hours what currently takes 2 days.

We're looking for founding travel experts to join us at the ground floor. You'll work directly with our founding team, bring your existing client relationships and industry knowledge, and help us build something the industry has needed for years. This isn't a support role or a call\-center job – we want advisors who run their own businesses and are ready to grow inside a fast\-moving startup.

If you've ever thought "I could close twice as many clients if I wasn't drowning in research and admin," this is for you.

What You'll Do

• Serve your existing client base as a travel advisor, supported by our AI\-powered tools
• Work closely with the founding team to share your workflow, pain points, and client needs – your insights directly shape the product
• Handle the full booking journey: discovery calls, itinerary research, supplier quoting, booking, and post\-trip follow\-up
• Participate in weekly feedback sessions during the early stage

Who We're Looking For

Required:

• 3\+ years as an independent travel advisor or host\-agency affiliate
• Active book of clients you currently work with
• Experience in at least one of: independent/home\-based leisure travel, luxury travel (Virtuoso/Signature/Ensemble level), or cruise specialty
• Comfortable learning new tools and sharing candid feedback on what doesn't work
• US\-based

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Sabre, Amadeus, or other GDS tools
• Fora, Gifted Travel Network, Travel Leaders, or similar host\-agency affiliation
• Has tried AI tools (ChatGPT, Layla, GuideGeek, etc.) for travel research
