We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our 9 room boutique hotel. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth office management. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for visitors, clients, and staff alike. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel with professionalism.
  • Handle all front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and managing visitor sign\-in procedures.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of office records.
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Assist with administrative support tasks including typing correspondence, managing emails via Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and supporting customer service inquiries.
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office equipment is functioning properly for seamless daily operations.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or as a receptionist, preferably in medical or dental settings.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience operating multi\-line phone systems.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
  • Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and customer support roles.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is a plus.
