Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing front desk activities and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and staff
- Handle multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and prompt customer support
- Manage scheduling, calendar appointments, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure high\-quality communication
- Process accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software, ensuring accurate financial transactions
- Support administrative functions such as typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and organizing files
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients, vendors, and team members efficiently and courteously
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and general computer literacy
- Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi\-line phone systems and customer support
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
