We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team! Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing front desk activities and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and staff
  • Handle multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and prompt customer support
  • Manage scheduling, calendar appointments, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure high\-quality communication
  • Process accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software, ensuring accurate financial transactions
  • Support administrative functions such as typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and organizing files
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients, vendors, and team members efficiently and courteously
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and general computer literacy
  • Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi\-line phone systems and customer support
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
