Duties

  • Greet clients warmly, manage appointment scheduling, and coordinate daily salon activities to ensure a seamless flow of operations
  • Operate phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent customer support and answering inquiries promptly
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading to support salon administration and client files
  • Manage calendar appointments using booking app
  • Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Assist with office management duties including organizing supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining cleanliness of reception area
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, handling inquiries with phone etiquette, and supporting overall client satisfaction
  • Experience

  • Prior experience in front desk or office management roles within a customer\-focused environment preferred
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Etc
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse clientele effectively, but not required.
  • Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced setting
  • Experience with phone etiquette, multi\-line phone systems, and customer support is essential
  • Personal assistant or administrative support experience is a plus, especially involving time management and personal scheduling tasks
