Interior Design/Build Firm looking for energetic individual with experience in office admin responsibilities, customer service and staff/team management. This position will work closely with owner in day to day operations.

Responsibilities:

\- Manage and oversee daily office operations

\- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings

\- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory

\- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

\- Assist in budgeting and financial management

\- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks

\- Ensure efficient functioning of office systems and procedures

\- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures

Skills:

\- Strong organizational and time management skills

\- Proficient in budgeting and financial management

\- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

\- Experience in remodeling or interior design office management is a plus

\- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and vendors

\- Knowledge of front desk operations, including phone systems and customer service

\- Proficient in busy calendar management and scheduling

\- Familiarity with office management software and tools

\- Strong administrative skills, including record keeping, data entry, and filing

\- Professional phone etiquette

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: $18\.00 \- $22\.00 per hour
