Job Summary
We are a busy local window cleaning company seeking a friendly, organized "Customer Success \& Scheduling Coordinator" to be the voice of our company. You will handle all incoming calls, text messages, and website lead forms. You will manage our scheduling calendar, perform virtual bidding via computer (using satellite imagery) when applicable, and follow up on unbooked leads. This could be a full\-time or part\-time position (approx. 20\-40 hours depending on what you are looking for) with a flexible working environment (remote or local). Pay is $20\-$25/hr plus performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls, text messages, and reaching out to inquires on our website
- Estimating/bidding jobs (when applicable) using Google Maps/Google Earth, and realtor websites
- Manage appointment scheduling using our scheduling software for 3 or more cleaning crews
- Following up with leads and prospects that have reached out but have not yet booked services
- Assist with administrative support tasks when needed
- Preferably experience in any front desk reception, office management, or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Computer skills, able to learn new software, such as calendar management tools, Google Sheets, etc.
- Preferably experience with a focus on customer service and phone etiquette in a professional setting
- Able to prioritize tasks efficiently in a sometimes fast\-paced environment
- Flexible schedule
