We are seeking a reliable and motivated Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This entry\-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone. The Office Assistant will handle incoming calls, conduct outbound calls, follow up with previous customers, and help maintain an efficient and organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage overflow calls and ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers using provided scripts or guidelines
- Follow up with previous customers to maintain relationships and support ongoing business
- Assist with general office upkeep, including organizing files and maintaining a clean workspace
- Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, scheduling, and document handling
