*Essential Functions/Areas of Accountability*
· Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and Joint Commission human resources regulatory requirements.
· Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and care.
· Ensure all employee records are accurate and up to date.
· Maintain and organize employee records (digital and physical).
· Assist with filing, scanning, and data entry of HR documents.
· Enter employee data into company spreadsheets.
· Provide general administrative support to the HR Department.
· Help prepare new hire orientation packets.
· Help coordinate employee events, celebrations, and wellness activities.
· Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department

*Physical Requirements:*
The job requires considerable physical effort most of the day including sitting, squatting, twisting, climbing, and walking on normal, uneven, and slippery surfaces. Reach overhead and shoulder, hand use on computer keyboard/ten key, fine dexterity, repetitive hand motions. Ability to tolerate exposure to temperature and humidity changes and maximal assist in lifting, pulling, and pushing 10\-100\-pound items. Must be able to push, pull, move, stand, bend at neck and waist, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds binders, or equipment, and able to push, pull, move, as may be necessary to assist in the event evacuation off the building during emergencies.

Must be able to work independently, make judgments based on information available, and act accordingly. Must be flexible, innovative, and possess good interpersonal skills. Must be able to cope with mental and emotional stress and demonstrate the emotional stability needed to perform the job.
Hourly Rate \- $21\.00\-23\.00 Depending on experience
