As our new Account Manager for Personal Lines, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice guiding our clients through their insurance journey. You'll help them understand their coverage, make necessary adjustments, and feel confident in their protection. With a base salary starting at 65,000 and experienced candidates qualifying for 85,000 or more depending on qualifications, This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to build lasting relationships and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Requirements
Minnesota Property \& Casualty License (Required)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an independent agency setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with insurance agency management software.
Customer\-centric approach with a passion for problem\-solving.
Responsibilities
High\-Level Client Advisory: Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business, providing expert advice on coverage enhancements and asset protection to ensure clients are fully covered, not just \\"price\-shopped.\\"
Strategic Renewal Management: Review upcoming renewals to identify significant changes in premium or coverage. Because Virtual Assistants handle the initial data entry and quoting logistics, you are free to focus on proactive outreach and re\-marketing strategies for the client.
Complex Policy Servicing: Oversee mid\-term policy changes and complex endorsements. You will manage the high\-level communication and decision\-making, while leveraging our VA team to process the administrative documentation and menial system updates.
Relationship \& Retention Growth: Foster long\-term relationships through annual reviews and outbound \\"check\-in\\" calls. By delegating monotonous tasks and basic certificate processing to our support staff, you have the time to actually talk to your insureds and provide a white\-glove experience.
Claims Advocacy: Act as a liaison between the insured and the carrier during the claims process, providing guidance and advocacy to ensure a smooth resolution while ensuring all file documentation is kept up to date.
