We’re building a nationwide team of Independent Sales Representatives who want to own their income, build a client portfolio that pays them month after month, and work with a company that actually gives them the tools to close.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

In this role, you will serve as a key ambassador for our brand, proactively engaging with potential clients, presenting our products or services, and identifying opportunities to expand our market reach. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories or markets
  • Engage with customers through face\-to\-face visits, phone calls, and digital communication channels to promote products or services
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing options clearly and confidently to meet customer needs
  • Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales potential and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and plans using organizational tools or CRM systems
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of pricing strategies and market trends to stay competitive in the field
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while fostering long\-term loyalty

  • Identify and prospect businesses that need staffing support (customer service, admin, billing, HR, marketing, accounting, healthcare, IT, and more)
  • Conduct discovery calls with business owners and decision\-makers
  • Present Nova’s services using our proven sales materials, demo presentations, and client proposals
  • Guide prospects through the onboarding process and hand off to Nova’s operations team
  • Maintain your pipeline in Nova’s built\-in CRM portal
  • Build long\-term client relationships that generate ongoing revenue share

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

  • Excellent communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly convey product information
