- Serve as the front desk ambassador, greeting visitors and clients with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Manage multi\-line phone systems, answering inquiries promptly and directing calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette.
- Maintain organized files, records, and documentation through accurate filing systems and data entry.
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and overseeing general administrative operations.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy before distribution and assist with clerical tasks like copying, scanning, and mailing.
- Previous office experience or clerical background demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures.
- Proven experience in customer service or client relations roles that require strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
- Knowledge of office management practices, and proofing/editing documents to ensure clarity and professionalism.
