Duties

  • Manage daily office operations, including front desk responsibilities, assisting agents, and overseeing phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain accurate financial records using Applied EPIC, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
  • Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence to ensure organizational efficiency
  • Support calendar management and scheduling for staff appointments, meetings, and personal assistance needs using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette and support skills
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles within a professional setting
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Experience with Applied EPIC and QuickBooks is required
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence coupled with professional phone etiquette
  • Previous experience in P\&C insurance reception is a plus; personal assistant experience is beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing records accurately
