Job Description:
Langmuir Systems is seeking a dedicated and customer\-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. The Customer Support Team ensures customers feel supported, informed, and valued throughout their interactions with Langmuir Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, problem\-solving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1\. Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and digital ticketing system, ensuring timely, professional, and helpful interactions.
2\. Order and Payment Support: Assist customers with order tracking, modifications, refunds, and payment\-related inquiries, working closely with accounts receivable.
3\. Shipping Coordination: Address shipping issues, including lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, and assist with coordinating order fulfillment.
4\. Customer Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
5\. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, track ticket statuses, and document resolutions to improve customer support efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities:
1\. ERP Administration: Assist with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system management by entering and updating customer orders, processing refunds, and ensuring accurate data entry.
2\. Returns and Exchanges: Support the processing of customer returns, ensuring a smooth and efficient return experience.
3\. Cross Department Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, accounting, and technical support teams to facilitate customer resolutions and improve internal processes.
4\. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within customer service operations and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer\-friendly demeanor.
- Excellent problem\-solving abilities and a customer\-first mindset.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple customer cases efficiently.
- Strong computer skills for handling customer service inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred) and strong attention to detail in data entry; Microsoft Office experience
