We are currently seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Operations Assistant to support our daily business activities and ensure smooth operational workflows.
The Operations Assistant plays a key role in coordinating internal processes, supporting logistics and administrative tasks, and helping teams meet performance and productivity goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks across departments
- Support logistics coordination, including scheduling shipments and tracking deliveries
- Maintain and update records, reports, and operational data
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Help monitor inventory levels and assist with order processing
- Prepare documentation, invoices, and reports as needed
- Identify process improvements and support efficiency initiatives
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure data accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and problem\-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry systems, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail\-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility

Qualifications:
Pay: $22\.50 \- $23\.40 per hour
