Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting the administrative needs of our business.

Responsibilities:

\- Answering and directing incoming calls professionally and courteously.

\- Managing the office calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings, and project timelines.

\- Coordinating with project managers and team members to schedule and prioritize projects efficiently.

\- Handling payroll tasks, including processing timesheets, calculating hours, and ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.

\- Tracking and managing company expenses, including invoices, receipts, and vendor payments.

\- Collecting payments from customers, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.

\- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and budgeting documents.

\- Managing office supplies and equipment, including ordering, and restocking as needed.

\- Assisting in general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office cleanliness.

\- Providing administrative support to the management team as required.

Requirements:

\- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.

\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

\- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment.

\- Attention to detail and accuracy in record\-keeping.

\- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred.

\- Experience in the construction industry or related field is a plus.

\- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional certification in office administration or related field is a bonus.

Pay: $16\.00 \- $18\.00 per hour
