Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with precision.
  • Coordinate various projects by tracking deadlines, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely completion through effective communication and follow\-up.
  • Provide comprehensive executive administrative support including drafting correspondence, proofreading documents, and transcribing notes to maintain accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist with event planning for meetings or company functions by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Experience

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role with a strong background in office management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and data entry systems.
  • Prior experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced setting.
  • Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with project coordination tools and techniques to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Pay: $20\.00 \- $22\.00 per hour
