Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying and selling residential or commercial properties by guiding them through every step of the transaction process
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to attract potential buyers
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers and contract terms to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels, including online platforms and social media
- Maintain thorough knowledge of local real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliant transactions
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, tracking client interactions and coordinating appointments with efficiency and organization
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Obtain a MI real estate salespersons license or brokers license
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and effectively
- Strong marketing abilities to showcase properties creatively and attract qualified buyers
- Excellent customer service skills to foster trust and long\-term relationships with clients
- Organizational skills that enable multitasking across administrative duties, client meetings, and property showings
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations to promote equal opportunity in housing practices
- Effective communication skills for clear negotiations, presentations and client interactions
- Previous experience in real estate administrative roles is preferred but not required
