Position Overview

National Tile Distributors Inc., a retail showroom specializing in mid\- to high\-end tiles and related products, is seeking two motivated Sales \& Design Associates—one full\-time and one part\-time—to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working collaboratively with homeowners, designers, and contractors to bring design visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting tile and related materials for a variety of residential projects
• Collaborate with homeowners, designers, and contractors to create functional and visually appealing designs
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation through order completion
• Enter and process orders accurately, including special orders and materials needed to fulfill projects
• Maintain strong product knowledge of current and new inventory
• Support showroom upkeep, including organizing samples, labeling products, and maintaining clean, attractive displays
• Assist with setting up and merchandising new product displays
• Perform general administrative and showroom support tasks during downtime

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or design experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail\-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Interest in interior design, construction, or home improvement is a plus

Compensation

• $30–$35 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Closed Saturdays during June, July, and August
