You will play a key role in supporting our Director of Nursing, clinical team, and office staff while ensuring our patients receive seamless, high\-quality service.

TEHC is a Medicare\-certified, family\-owned and operated home healthcare agency with over 24 years of experience. We proudly serve multiple regions across Florida through four offices, providing care in the comfort of our patients’ homes.

Our Orlando office serves patients in Flagler, Volusia, Lake, Seminole, Orange and Osceola counties. We offer flexible scheduling and competitive compensation to support a healthy work\-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with monitoring incoming faxes via email and coordinate home health services for patients
  • Assist with verifying referrals, orders, and all accompanying patient information
  • Create, maintain, and update accurate patient documentation and records
  • Assist with basic human resource documentation and recordkeeping
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure timely care delivery
  • Support the Director of Nursing and clinical staff with daily administrative needs
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, HIPAA, and all applicable regulations
  • Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in medical administrative support (home health preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in patient services and front desk operations
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Kinnser/WellSky
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance
  • Ability to manage a multi\-line phone system efficiently
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
