We are not a traditional clinic; our work sits at the intersection of clinical safety and human experience. We focus not just on treatment, but on how people feel as they move through it. Many of our clients come to us during vulnerable or pivotal moments. We believe healing happens through both the medicine and the way care is delivered.

The Role

The Clinical Care Guide is the connective thread of the client experience.

You may be:

  • the first voice someone hears
  • a grounding presence when they arrive
  • support during their treatment day
  • the one who follows up and keeps them connected to care
  • This is not merely an administrative role, but rather a balance of presence, coordination, and follow\-through.

  • You don’t need to be a therapist, but you do need to know how to be with people. Medical or mental health experience is helpful, but not required.

    Key Responsibilities

    Patient Experience \& Support

  • Welcome clients and create a calm, supportive environment
  • Guide check\-in, consents, and expectations
  • Support the clinical team during treatment
  • Communicate with family/support persons when appropriate
  • Conduct 24\-hour follow\-ups and ongoing check\-ins
  • Care Coordination

  • Respond to inquiries and guide new clients through intake
  • Schedule appointments and maintain clinic flow
  • Manage confirmations, changes, and communication
  • Coordinate medical records and RN consults as needed
  • Clinic Operations

  • Open and prepare the clinic each day
  • Maintain a clean, organized environment
  • Reset treatment rooms between clients
  • Support smooth, detail\-oriented operations
  • Continuity of Care

  • Help clients stay engaged in their treatment plan
  • Support scheduling for series and booster sessions
  • Ensure communication is timely and consistent

  • Clients feel safe, supported, and cared for
  • Communication is clear and consistent
  • The clinic runs smoothly day\-to\-day
  • Follow\-ups and continuity of care are strong
  • The team feels aligned and supported
  • Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Friday (remote/admin): \~9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Occasional light administrative tasks outside standard hours
  • Closed weekends and most major holidays
