We’re a private, owner\-operated practice in North Orange County about to nearly double in size — and we’re looking for an associate dentist who wants to grow with us.

* We’re expanding — big. We’re remodeling from 6 operatories to 11 in the next 1–2 months. This is a ground\-floor opportunity to grow into a bigger practice, not inherit someone else’s ceiling.
* Patients are here (and more are coming). We have an established, growing patient base that’s driving this expansion. You won’t sit around waiting for the schedule to fill.
* Technology that lets you do same\-day dentistry. In\-office CEREC milling, digital workflow, and brand\-new operatories. You’ll learn to use tools most associates don’t touch for years.

Schedule
- Monday \& Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday \& Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One Friday per month: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- DDS or DMD with a valid California license
- 1–3 years of clinical experience (GPR/AEGD counts)
- Comfortable with general dentistry and endodontics (or motivated to develop endo skills with mentorship)
- CEREC/same\-day dentistry experience is a plus
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus

Compensation
Competitive daily guarantee while you ramp up, plus a percentage of monthly net production. The structure is designed so you bonus every month as you build your patient base. Specific numbers discussed during the interview.
