What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled 4\-hand chairside assistance across restorative, cosmetic, crown \& bridge, and surgical procedures
• Take and process digital X\-rays and intraoral images
• Perform coronal polishing and other procedures within RDA scope
• Take impressions and assist with temporary restorations
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain operatories and instruments in compliance with OSHA/CDC guidelines
• Educate patients on post\-op care and home hygiene in a warm, reassuring way
• Collaborate closely with the front desk and hygiene team for seamless scheduling and patient flow
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records
• Help create an exceptional patient experience at every visit

What We’re Looking For

• Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Radiation safety certificate (required)
• Experience with 4\-hand dentistry preferred
• Experience with digital scanners or modern dental software is a plus
• Genuine passion for patient care and a friendly, professional chairside manner
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy, fast\-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a team\-first mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and detail\-oriented
