Job Description: Project Manager (Home Care Operations)
Salary: $6 \- $9/hour
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Project Manager to oversee a team of Virtual Assistants providing front\-line support to Home Care clients and providers. In this role, you will bridge the gap between administrative execution and strategic growth, ensuring that back\-office operations—such as insurance credentialing and appointment scheduling—run seamlessly while actively identifying ways to enhance service delivery.
Primary Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support Virtual Assistants in handling client and provider inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Operational Oversight: Manage critical back\-office workflows, including the submission of regulatory requirements and meticulous follow\-up on insurance credentialing.
- Growth Support: Drive initiatives to increase referral counts and support marketing and client service efforts to expand the agency’s footprint.
- Strategic Coordination: Oversee complex appointment scheduling and ensure all documentation meets agency and provider standards.
- Proactive Management: Review current processes to anticipate the future needs of clients and home care providers, offering solutions before challenges arise.
- Executive Support: At least 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, demonstrating high\-level organizational and communication skills.
- Industry Expertise: At least 2 years of direct experience supporting Home Care Agency accounts.
- Credentialing Knowledge: Prior experience navigating the Insurance Credentialing process is highly preferred.
- Proactive Problem Solving: A proven ability to anticipate client needs through thorough reviews and proactive service offerings.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable managing digital scheduling tools and back\-office administrative platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail regarding compliance and documentation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor remote team members.
- Analytical mindset focused on improving "Referral Count" and marketing ROI.
- Professional demeanor suitable for front\-line client and provider interactions.
