Position Overview
ThreeStone Solutions is seeking a highly capable, trustworthy, and proactive Personal Assistant to the Founder to provide hands\-on support across personal, family, and business priorities. This is a unique role for someone who thrives in a fast\-moving environment, enjoys variety, and can seamlessly shift between executive assistance, household management, childcare support, travel coordination, and event logistics.
This role will work closely with the company’s Executive Operations Manager to ensure the Founder’s personal life, business commitments, travel, household priorities, and company calendar remain fully aligned. The right person will create order behind the scenes so the Founder can operate at a high level without friction or missed details.
Location Requirement
Candidates must live in or near Lithia, Florida to allow reliable in\-person support, flexible scheduling, errands, household responsibilities, and weekend childcare coverage.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive \& Personal Support
- Manage personal scheduling, appointments, and day\-to\-day logistics
- Coordinate personal priorities in alignment with business commitments
- Run errands including shopping, returns, dry cleaning, pickups, and household tasks
- Coordinate vendors, service appointments, deliveries, and home support needs
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Partner closely with the Executive Operations Manager to keep personal and business calendars synchronized
- Ensure meetings, family obligations, childcare, travel, and events are coordinated without conflict
- Communicate schedule updates quickly and clearly
- Protect the Founder’s time, focus, and energy through strong organization
- Prepare healthy meals, snacks, and family meal prep
- Maintain organized household systems and orderly spaces
- Provide dependable childcare support for children
- Assist with school schedules, activities, and family transitions
- Support travel with children when needed
- Provide reliable weekend childcare support as a core part of the role
- Engage children in safe, positive, and enriching activities
- Help create structure and consistency for weekend family schedules
- Be available for occasional evening coverage with advance notice
- Assist with business event setup, client gatherings, and founder meetings
- Prepare materials, gifts, supplies, and logistics for events
- Support light administrative and organizational tasks
- Represent the Founder and ThreeStone Solutions professionally when needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all family and business matters
- Coordinate travel logistics including flights, lodging, itineraries, transportation, and packing assistance
- Travel with the Founder and/or family when needed
- Support childcare and scheduling during trips
- 3\+ years experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Household Manager, Nanny, or similar role
- Must reside in or near Lithia, Florida
- Strong childcare experience required
- Weekend availability required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with occasional travel
- Professional discretion, maturity, and sound judgment
- Tech\-comfortable with calendars, scheduling tools, and communication apps
