The ideal candidate should have a warm, upbeat, and welcoming phone presence along written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Office including Excel and Word.
The position offers flexible scheduling of 4–5 hours per day, 5–6 days per week. On weekdays, hours can be scheduled between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and on weekends between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
We are seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to handle a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities include providing direct support to the Broker, responding to online inquiries, following up with potential clients, preparing Excel spreadsheets to track productivity, and assisting clients with completing applications.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to clients
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi\-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
