Dispatcher/Driver Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Dispatcher/Driver Manager to oversee daily transportation operations, coordinate scheduling, and manage driver activities. In this role, you will ensure timely client delivery, optimize routing efficiency using advanced transportation management systems, and maintain seamless communication with drivers, clients, and medical institutions. Full time starting rate of pay is $45,000 and up based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule client pickups and deliveries using ALLTrans, Google Drive, and Qride.
• Manage driver assignments, monitor routes via GPS, and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and external teams via multi\-line phone systems.
• Utilize analytical skills to optimize transportation planning and improve fleet efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities and driver logs for DOT compliance.
• Collaborate with third\-party logistics providers, medical facilities, and healthcare partners.
• Willingness to serve as a backup driver when necessary to cover vacations, driver absences, and last\-minute ride opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in dispatching, transportation management, or fleet coordination.
• Strong knowledge of GPS, ALLTrans, Qride, and Google Drive.
• Excellent professional communication and multi\-line phone etiquette.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data entry and decision\-making.
• Must be 21 or older, pass MNDOT physical, clean driving and criminal record.
