We are seeking a motivated, detail\-oriented Accounting / Administrative Assistant to join our Anaheim office and play a key role in supporting the day\-to\-day financial and administrative functions of the business.

Position Overview

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and variety in their day. The Accounting / Administrative Assistant will support accounting and administrative operations across multiple departments, helping ensure the dealership runs efficiently and professionally.

The right candidate will be dependable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, collaborative team in a unique and fast\-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter daily invoices and ensure proper coding and posting
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with attention to detail
  • Schedule vendor payments and assist in maintaining current accounts
  • Accurately process and post incoming payments
  • Follow up on outstanding balances by sending reminders and communicating with customers as needed
  • Review financial transactions for accuracy and completeness
  • Enter new vehicle inventory into the database and maintain organized, accurate records
  • Prepare bank deposits by verifying and balancing receipts
  • Provide administrative support to the front office, sales, accounting, and human resources functions
  • Answer incoming calls and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Monitor office supply levels and help maintain an organized administrative environment
  • Maintain accounting, HR, and other confidential records in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth communication and accurate information flow
  • Qualifications

  • Basic accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and remain productive with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and a team\-oriented mindset

  • Accounting experience: 1 year preferred
  • Work Location

    This is an in\-person position based in Anaheim, CA 92807. Applicants must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting work.
