We are looking for one person that can stand in their own and handle the business when they are left alone. This is 5 days one week and 6 the next (paid every two weeks) 1st shift is 7am\-3pm (we can change it to 6am\-2pm if needed.). We own hotels in Charlotte and Florence as well. Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings with precision
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading
  • Support office management tasks such as inventory control, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools
  • Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing emails via Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and supporting customer service inquiries
  • Provide customer support by addressing questions promptly and courteously while maintaining organizational standards
  • Experience

  • Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills
  • Familiarity with front desk operations in medical or dental reception settings is a plus
  • Experience handling multi\-line phone systems and managing busy reception areas
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, filing, and proofreading
  • Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles emphasizing excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
  • Personal assistant or office management experience that showcases time management and calendar coordination skills
