Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Office Assistant to join our small law office. This role ensures the smooth operation of daily office activities, providing support on small details for the attorney.
Duties:
- Use Google Workspace and Adobe Pro tools for various administrative tasks.
- Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Adobe Pro and basic computer literacy
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally in person or over the phone
- Spanish Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
- Knowledge of office equipment including scanners and printers
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively in a busy environment
- Flexible schedule
