Modern Makeovers Construction is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant/Secretary to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with document preparation and basic reporting
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
