    Our Vision

We are working so People in the Cincinnati Tri\-State area are no longer separated from their pets by instability, but are empowered to change their circumstances through our service and the freedom that God provides.

    Our Core Values

    Stewardship

    Dignity

    Compassion

    What You’ll Do:

    * Be a friendly first contact: You’ll often be the first person clients meet, helping them feel welcome, heard, and supported as they reach out for help.

    * Help people and pets stay connected: Check in with clients each week, arrange pet play dates or visits, share updates with pet owners, and link them with other services and community programs when needed.

    * Get to know each client: Talk with clients to understand what’s going on in their lives and what support they need for themselves and their pets.

    * Keep things running smoothly: Stay in touch with clients on your caseload and those waiting for help, making sure communication is clear and follow\-ups happen on time.

    * Coordinate care: Schedule and help with pet pick\-ups, vet visits, safe housing, and pet reunions so families stay connected through hard times.

    * Be a steady support: Offer a kind ear, encouragement, and help for clients facing tough situations like unsafe homes, addiction, or other challenges.

    * Stay organized: Keep notes and records up to date and private, following agency guidelines to protect client information.

    * Keep learning: You’ll receive extensive training in trauma\-informed care so you can provide safe, supportive, and understanding help to every person and pet you work with.

    What We’re Looking For:

    * Education: You have finished high school and are either in college or have graduated. If you are studying or have studied social work, counseling, psychology, or another helping field, that is a great fit.

    * Licensing: A licensed social worker is preferred but not required.

    * Experience that matters: Whether you have worked in customer service, social work, or a caregiving role, you know how to listen, reassure, and problem\-solve with empathy. Experience with pets or pet care is a big plus.

    * Kind and caring heart: You show compassion to people and animals and truly want to make life better for those who are struggling.

    * Eager to learn: You are bright, curious, and excited to keep growing your skills through training and mentorship.

    * Team focused: You work well with others, share ideas, and support teammates so everyone succeeds together.

    * Tech comfortable: You can confidently use Google Workspace and other basic technology systems for scheduling, communication, and documentation.

    * Ready to roll: You have a valid driver’s license and can safely transport pets when needed. Mileage for work\-related travel is reimbursed.
