Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team! This energetic role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations within our office environment. As an Office Assistant, you will be assisting as the first point of contact for our members, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and support various office functions. Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Answer phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
  • Answer email questions promptly, directing messages to the appropriate personnel at the club
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office workflows
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software tools for member billing, creating reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial record\-keeping
  • Support office management activities such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and organization of files and documents
  • Assist with member related flyers for engagement at the club using online support such as Canva and Microsoft documents
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office environment or clerical role demonstrating strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent computer literacy including data entry, document proofreading, and general office software use
  • Strong communication skills as this is a front facing position for our members
  • Prior experience with front desk duties, phone systems, or customer service roles preferred
  • Knowledge of office management procedures, filing systems, and calendar management techniques
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills
