Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Process purchase orders and shipping paperwork
Data entry and record keeping
Support accounting with data entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Monitor and update inventory records
Qualifications:
- Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or warehouse office environment
- Microsoft office software application
- Fast learner with strong problem\-solving abilities
- Legal work status in the US
