Key Responsibilities
Office Administration \& Scheduling
- Schedule jobs and coordinate timelines
- Track staff time cards and hours
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Prepare and maintain business license requirements
- Keep insurance policies up to date and complete reporting as required
- Hiring New Staff
- Invoicing clients
- Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Reconcile credit card and bank statements
- Payroll processing
- Cash flow tracking
- Job costing
- Sales tax reporting and preparation
- 401K preparation support and payroll tax tasks
- Prepare monthly books for accountant review and year\-end tax preparation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Construction industry experience is considered an asset
Bookkeeping \& Finance
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration and bookkeeping
* QuickBooks experience required
* Spanish is an asset (not required)
Work Schedule
2 Days in Office and rest can be remote 16\-20 hours per week
