Project Operations Manager (Client \& Systems)
Location: Remote (must be local to NYC / Long Island for occasional in\-person needs)
Overview
Lefty’s Right Mind is hiring a highly detail\-oriented, fast\-moving Project Operations Manager to own client communications, Asana, and executive support.
This is not an admin role.
This is the operational center of the business.
You will be responsible for ensuring every detail, task, and project is accurate, organized, and moving forward.
What You’ll OwnInbox Management (Gmail)
- Monitor all incoming inquiries
- Extract key details and input into Asana
- Maintain speed without sacrificing accuracy
- Create and manage all tasks and subtasks
- Keep all information accurate, concise, and up to date
- Track timelines, deliverables, and next steps
- Apply SOPs across multiple business pillars
- Log all new business and project details
- Audit and improve current Asana setup
- Clean up outdated processes
- Implement best practices and workflows
- Train team and maintain system integrity
- Manage team and founder calendars
- Schedule and prioritize meetings
- Anticipate conflicts and optimize time
- Keep leadership aligned and informed
- Communicate clearly and concisely
- Flag missing information or risks early
- Keep projects moving without bottlenecks
- Assist with packing, shipping, and fulfillment
- Support inventory and studio organization
- Extremely detail\-oriented ( accuracy is non\-negotiable)
- Able to manage multiple projects without dropping details
- Strong judgment \- knows what matters vs what doesn’t
- Fast\-moving, adaptable, and proactive
- Takes full ownership of systems and outcomes
- Clear communicator with strong time management
- Comfortable with hands\-on, physical tasks when needed
- Advanced experience with Asana
- Experience managing high\-volume inboxes
- Google Calendar \+ executive scheduling experience
- Comfortable using Slack in a fast\-paced environment
- Excel proficiency
- Experience organizing and maintaining Google Drive systems
