What You’ll Do
- Sales: Help prospects turn into new recurring clients.
- Be the friendly first point of contact—answer phones, respond to emails, and assist clients with top\-notch service.
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning appointments to keep our team’s calendars running like clockwork.
- Handle data entry, invoicing, \& reporting.
- Support the leadership team with administrative projects that keep the business growing.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.
- Previous sales experience (bonus points if you’ve worked in home services, hospitality, or reception).
- Comfortable with tech: Googles Docs \+ Google Sheets are musts.
- Highly organized and detail\-oriented—you like checklists and finishing what you start.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
