Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere at all times
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries and directing calls with proper phone etiquette
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming for guests and staff
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading tasks to support office operations with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Experience

  • Proven office experience or clerical background with a strong emphasis on front desk responsibilities
  • Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
  • Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also beneficial
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping practices using QuickBooks or similar programs is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks such as calendar management, filing, proofreading, and time management
