Comella's Restaurants is a family\-owned business with 10 locations. We are currently hiring a Full\- or Part\-Time Assistant Manager for the Concord, MA location. We are customer\-centric and fast\-paced; our goal is to give families delicious food at a reasonable price point.

Responsibilities:
\- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
\- Manage inventory and stock levels, including receiving and organizing shipments
\- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
\- Assist with time management of staff
\- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
\- Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing support
\- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications:
\- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
\- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage daily tasks effectively
\- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
\- Proficient phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with customers and team members
\- Restaurant experience is preferred but not required
