Duties
- Process all new agents contracts to Insurance Carrier
- Assist in Answering Phones
- Date Entry
- Over look new insurance applications for compliance
- Support office management activities including supply inventory
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, via phone or email
- Communicate with Insurance Companies
- Mail Merge
- Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong typing skills and computer literacy to perform data entry accurately
- Strong ATTENTION to detail is a MUST for this position
- Previous experience in office management or personal assistant roles is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications
Pay: From $21\.00 per hour
